TX-100 یک آنالایزر جدید از برند هوریبا می باشد که برای اندازه گیری غلظت HCl موجود در فرآیند سوختن در کارخانجات و صنایع مختلف طراحی و تولید شده است.
این آنالایزر با استفاده از یک پراب که در معرض نمونه قرار میگیرد، عمل اندازه گیری را انجام می دهد.
از موارد کاربرد این آنالایزر می توان به پایش غلظت HCl در پروسه های خاصی در کارخانه های سیمان و صنعت پتروشیمی به منظور حذف HCl اشاره کرد.
تکنولوژی:
یک سیستم نوری از نوع لیزر، عملیات اندازه گیری HCl را بر عهده دارد. این سیستم نوری که شامل منتشر کننده و دریافت کننده لیزر و آینه ای در انتهای یک لوله هست، پراب آنالایزر نام دارد. روش استفاده از آنالایزر به این شکل می باشد که پراب آنالایزر باید در معرض HCl قرار بگیرد. مثلا درون دودکش یک کارخانه جایگذاری شود.
نحوه عملکرد پراب بدین صورت است که لیزر با یک شدت ثابت از منبع منتشر میشود و در طول پراب حرکت میکند تا به آینه ی انتهای پراب برخورد کند و بازتاب آن به دریافت کننده لیزر برسد. بر اساس شدت و ضعف لیزر دریافتی، غلظت HCl مشخص می شود.
تجهیزات جانبی:
می توان آنالایزر TX-100 را از طریق کابل اترنت برای مشاهده مقادیر اندازه گیری شده، روند تغییرات غلظت HCl، هشدارها و کالیبره کردن دستگاه، به کامپیوتر متصل کرد.
قبل از این که آنالایزر به کامپیوتر متصل شود، باید نرم افزار PC-HMI را بر روی کامپیوتر نصب کرد.
نرم افزار PC-HMI را فقط بر روی سیستم عامل های زیر می توان اجراء نمود.
